HerPower

HerPower – women’s stories that inspire change.

We believe that human stories shared out loud matter - they can inspire, build courage, change perspectives and become the starting point for action.

The HerPower project was created from the belief that women’s personal experiences have the power to influence reality - strengthening agency, breaking stereotypes and creating space for solidarity across borders.

HerPower is an international social and educational project implemented within the Connect for Global Change programme. Through storytelling, it shows how individual life stories are connected to global challenges such as inequalities, migration, gender stereotypes and social exclusion.

Within HerPower, 10 women from diverse social and cultural backgrounds will share their experiences of building mental resilience and finding their own path in a rapidly changing world. Their stories will become part of an international e-book and an educational campaign.

As part of HerPower, free educational workshops will also take place in Kraków in September 2026, led by the protagonists of the e-book, who will share their knowledge and experience, inspiring others to take action.

They will create a space for intercultural dialogue, reflection on global interdependence, and the development of participants’ social and civic competences. Participation in the workshops is open to everyone interested (registration opens in July).

HerPower is an invitation to hear women’s voices.
To build courage.
To create change together.

🌟 Meet our protagonists

As part of the project, an interactive e-book will be produced featuring the stories of inspiring women from different countries, cultures and backgrounds. These are stories of courage, resilience, overcoming challenges and shaping one's own path in a changing world.
