UpWork

UPWORK is a two-year project, implemented in an international partnership within the framework of Erasmus+, for mentally vulnerable people and their support in the labour market.

The Foundation is a partner of the UPWORK project.

UPWORK is a two-year project, implemented in international partnership, which will promote inclusion and diversity in education and training, focusing on upskilling and reskilling vulnerable groups, especially people with intellectual disabilities, those prone to depression, and the long-term unemployed. It will also combine a variety of teaching methods tailored to the target group: digital/classroom training, workplace learning. A system of micro-certificates recognizing the skills learned by students will also be developed. Teaching is geared towards current market needs, focusing the curriculum and student training on the hotel and catering sector. The project is co-financed by the EU, with a total project value of DKK 255,000.
