KLAUDIA KOSSOWSKA - ROCZNIAK
She is the president of the Foundation and has been running it for 8 years. She has been professionally involved in HR for over 20 years and also has many years of experience as an HR director. Her passion is support and development of adults.
Since childhood, she has loved the sea and the sea climate, and she despises animals: in addition to Django- her own cat, she also loves horses - she trains horseback riding with her daughter.
ANNA DROZD
She is a project manager and takes care of projects from A to Z - she works with partner companies to create project assumptions, plan and execute them. She also takes care of project participants: recruits, informs, provides training materials and makes sure that everything is done to the last button.
A sociologist by education. She has more than 10 years of experience in supporting people in need in a variety of life situations.
Privately a happy wife and mother of three super energetic boys, in her free time she explores biographies of famous people.
KATARZYNA DROBNIAK
She is the project coordinator and looks after the Star of Possibilities Competition.
Trained as a Food and Human Nutrition Technologist. Specialist in quality management and building long-term relationships with others. Privately a mother of Zuzanka and Kubus. Learning photography and sweet baking are passions she develops in her free time.
PAVLO POPYK
He is taking care of projects aimed at Ukrainian citizens in Poland. He comes from the western part of Ukraine from the city of Ivano-Frankivsk, came to Poland 4 years ago and is a third-year student of Management Psychology at the Higher European School in Kracow. He speaks four languages: Ukrainian, Polish, Russian and English. In his free time he enjoys playing football and computer games.
EWA DAROS
She is the owner of DARNET Social Media Marketing, which supports the Foundation in its social media promotion and advertising efforts on Facebook, LinkedIn and, more recently, Instagram. She helps create a marketing strategy, effective communication of projects, an online recruitment plan and outreach so that as many participants as possible can benefit from the free trainings.
In addition to her degree in e-marketing, she has studies and many years of experience in the area of conducting trainings for trainers, managers and their teams, which she gained in Poland and the UK. She is also passionate about activation methods and remote working tools.
Privately married, she loves walking in the mountains, cycling and swimming.
We also work with experts in law, psychological support,
as well as with IT specialists, programmers and graphic designers.
We carry out activities with volunteers from large international organizations and Polish micro companies.
