BBO is a FREE barrier breaking project that is part of the strategy of diversity and inclusion in State Street, but also in all BPO / SSC organizations in Poland. It also aims to increase social responsibility and promote volunteer involvement.
The project is co-created by the STELLA VIRIUM Qualification Development Foundation and State Street Bank Polska.

Two-way activities
In the project, we run activities for:
- Beneficiaries - intended for all people facing various challenges on the labor market and interested in taking up a job in international organizations - we offer them to take part in a series of trainings for work, more information in the tab for beneficiaries
- Organizations - we divide these activities into:
- for Volunteers Volunteers - intended for employees of the State Street Bank Polska organization who want to support the project by conducting training, recruitment and individual support (mentoring) for beneficiaries,
- for Captains of Diversity - designed for managers at State Street Bank Polska who will build an organization that is friendly and open to diversity by undertaking a series of activities at various levels of the organization.
