Krzysztof Prystupa, owner of the ViaMowa training company since 2007, specialises in trainings, mentorials and individual coaching in communication, public speaking, diction and speaking voice emission. Educated as an actor, still active professionally; graduated from the Theatre Academy, worked 8 seasons in Groteska Theatre.
He will host the final gala of the 10th anniversary of the Foundation and the Star of Possibilities Competition - 2023 edition.
And furthermore: from 2014 to 2017 and currently President of the Board of the Association of Management Consultants and Trainers "MATRIK"; he holds the MATRIK International Management Trainer Certificate. He has completed more than 2,500 hours of training and more than 3,000 hours in 1/1 work. He graduated from the School of Mentors run by Collegium Vratislaviense.
He has been involved in the development of a competency framework for management trainers and has developed an expert opinion for a sectoral framework for the development services industry. He believes that the soft skills trainer has three tasks to complete:
1. Diagnose the cause causing the trainee's difficulty.
2. Understand that such a difficulty may arise.
3. Give accurate and brief feedback that allows a change in behaviour to take place quickly.
