Simulated recruitment interview - what is it?
Based on the submitted content of the job offer and resume, a UBS employee will conduct a simulated recruitment interview with you. The date and time of the meeting will be determined based on the availability of the participant and the recruiter, but on a date no other than between April 2-4, 2025. The interview will take place online. After the interview, you will receive feedback from the recruiter.
Mentor/Mentoring - what are they?
A mentor/mentee is a person who has knowledge and experience in a particular field and wants to share it with others. In the Career Boost project, this role is filled by volunteer mentor(s) - UBS employees who have already gone through the job search process, acquired the professional competencies required for the job market or position and now want to share their experiences to help others achieve their professional goal. During individual meetings, the mentor/mentee can share his/her knowledge, history and experiences with you, can discuss your goal with you and give you individual guidance, help you create or improve your resume. Remember, however, that the mentor/mentee is a support and encouragement, but does not do the work for you. You are the one who actively works and pursues your chosen goal.
Enrollment is being held until seats run out.
